Usage:- For biochemistry, immunology and Serology tests. Gently invert the tube180° 8-10 times. The Sample will completely clot in 4-7 minutes. Centrifuge at 2000-3000 rpm for 10 min. at room temperature.

Usage:- Used mainly in Hematology and testing whole blood in molecular diagnosis. EDTA tubes are used for direct sample analysis since Erythrocytes, Leucocytes and Thrombocytes are stable in EDTA anti coagulated blood for 24 hours. Should gently invert 180° 8-10 times or roll in blood roller mixer to assure complete mixing with blood.

Gently invert the tubes 180° 5-8 times immediately after blood collection or mix in roller mixer.

Glucose tube is used in blood collection tests such as blood sugar, glucose tolerance test and Lactate tests. Mix gently by inversion 180° 8-10 times after adding blood or using a roller mixer.
